Class ‘B’ Track Champions

Ten members of the Polson track team scored 35 points to take the state Class B meet in Missoula last weekend. Graham was high-point man in the state with 16, including two firsts in the hurdles, and second in the broadjump. His co-captain Utsond scored second in the javelin, third in the broadjump, and third in the high hurdles. Christensen took third in the mile, and Proud fifth in the half mile. Anderson tied for fourth and fifth in the high jump. Polson can be proud of these boys who improved their times and distances in the state meet and bowled over the opposition by such a score.
