Meetings are held at 5pm in the Commons at Polson High School.   If cancellations/additional meetings happen, we will post on All social media sites and an email will be sent.  Please be sure your email is updated with us.

All 21-22 paid memberships by August 27th, 2021 will be put in a drawing for “Pirate Swag Gear” includes: pirate bag, pirate water bottle & Pirates insulated tumbler, pirate bumper sticker, Pirate car flags, Pirate shirt and more goodies..Winner to be announced during the half time football game. All forms and payments can be mailed or brought to the high school, or at the game on the 27th. 

PHS Booster Information

Polson Booster Club was formed to support MHSA sanctioned extra-curricular sports and activities.  The Club’s objectives are to promote and encourage sportsmanship, school spirit, and community support.

Dear Polson Booster Club Members:

The Polson Booster Club Board and Members would like to thank you for a wonderfully successful year due to your financial and spirited support. The PBC has contributed to various projects in support of the sports and activities at PHS including:

  • Volleyball hitting and passing machines
  • Membership Drive and Tailgate
  • Homecoming decorations
  • Soccer Warm ups
  • New Goal Posts on the football field at the Pirate Athletic Complex
  • New soccer goals at the Pirate Athletic Complex
  • Tennis wind screen
  • 2 tents that can be used by golf, cross country, tennis, track, softball and any other outdoor events.
  • Track wind breakers
  • Resurfacing of the track at the PHS stadium
  • Ground work for the footings for lights at the PHS softball fields
  • Financial support for State bound teams so far: golf, cross country, speech and debate, wrestling and basketball
  • Senior night flowers
  • Provided meals for visiting coaches during the wrestling Class A Divisional Tournament.
  • We have also supported the home speech and debate meet by staffing the host rooms.
  • New scoreboard for the PHS Softball fields
  • Cushioned folding chairs for home wrestling tournaments

PBC looks forward to continuing its partnership with you for the 2019-2020 school year. During this time, we will have numerous opportunities to financially support our programs, athletes, and participants.  Polson High School participates in the Northwest Conference of Montana Class A schools.  The Northwest conference consists of Polson, Ronan, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Libby, and Browning. We are planning to provide financial assistance for projects from our wish list:

  • New score boards for the PHS Stadium
  • Improvements to visitor seating at the PHS stadium
  • Providing food and snacks for all traveling teams

Polson Booster Club (PBC) meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the conference room of PHS, unless otherwise noted.  All meeting times and agenda will be posted on our Website, FB as well as through email.  As a dues paying member we encourage you to read our by-laws, which are posted on our website, explore our website and all the information it provides, attend meetings when you can, vote when needed, join a committee that suits you, work functions when possible, and attend as many sporting events/activities to show your support to our student athletes/participants.

Fundraising Committee:  currently vacant. This committee is charged with planning and implementing an annual event such as the Fundraiser banquet Dinner. If you are interested in joining this committee please any board member. There are currently 3-5 member positions open on this committee.

Membership Drive Committee: currently Vacant. This committee organized a PBC business sponsorship package and membership drive. There will be 2-3 openings on this committee for the 2019-2020 school years. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact one of the board members.

Merchandise Committee: is currently Vacant. This committee has put together a logo and spirit packs for homcoming. They have also coordinated with all four school buildings to support sales of merchandise and spirited activities. This committee would like to compile a list of booster members willing to help out at various events to sell booster merchandise and flood our community with spirit through our colors and logo. Home coming committee:  The committee is looking for a chairperson and members for the 2019-2020 years. The committee is charged with coming up with various homecoming activities that are consistent with PBC mission statement, and supporting our student athletes/participants during Senior Night recognition.

Pep Club: This committee is currently looking for a chairperson. The committee will consist of a PHS Student Advisor, and a parent liaison.  This committee is charged with creating opportunities for PHS students to participate on and off the field/court in promoting school spirit.  If you are interested in joining this committee please contact booster club.
